The Evansville Museum Transportation Center (EMTRAC) is on the campus of the Evansville Museum of Arts, History and Science. Exhibitions of EMTRAC interpret transportation in Evansville from the late 19th through the mid 20th centuries. Included in EMTRAC are exhibitions on river, rail and aviation history. Highlights include a 1880’s hearse and steam fire pumper; a model railroad reflecting Evansville in 1948; and a 3 car train featuring a steam engine, club car, and caboose.
